Enterprise AI Risk Aggregation and Decision Support Course
When AI systems generate conflicting risk signals across the enterprise, security practitioners face decisions traditional risk frameworks were never built to handle. This course challenges learners to evaluate competing risk scores, determine when to override automated prioritization and ensure AI-influenced decisions hold up under legal, regulatory and audit scrutiny.

The course follows a fictional mid-sized SaaS company whose risk team is racing to get ahead of four AI governance problems. Learners move between two vantage points across the experience. In the analyst seat, they rescore a risk register entry for a flagged fraud transaction, evaluate two models that disagree with a tight deadline closing in and review a service account that accumulated elevated access over two years without anyone noticing. At the governance level, they assess what individually acceptable risks add up to when shared infrastructure creates concentration risk across the portfolio. Each module builds toward the same question: what does defensible AI risk management look like when the system gives you a probability instead of an answer?
Learning Experience:
This course is designed for cybersecurity professionals who must reconcile competing risk signals, oversee autonomous systems and ensure decisions remain defensible. This includes risk managers, security architects, GRC analysts, and program leads holding CISSP, CGRC, ISSMP or ISSAP certifications or working toward them.
