International Academic Program

International Academic Program(ISC)² works with academic and higher education institutions around the world to support the development of curricula and teaching for cyber, information, infrastructure and software security. Developed to equip graduates and academic staff with much-needed cybersecurity skills, this program provides access to the professional knowledge maintained by (ISC)²’s certified membership of practicing professionals.

Universities can design a program to suit requirements at the undergraduate and graduate level, and enhance the professional development of their teaching, IT and security staff.

(ISC)² International Academic Program (IAP): North America

Credit-Bearing Programs

Organizations based in the United States or Canada from accredited non-profit educational institutions offering credit bearing programs are eligible to participate.

Currently we can provide our curriculum in D2L, Canvas and Blackboard learning management system (LMS) formats.  This course content can be used to replace an information security course, or you can utilize modules from within the course and incorporate them into your current program to supplement existing curriculum or to fill any voids in an existing program or course. Students can pursue a globally-recognized professional certification with their university degree, and be welcomed into the international professional community as an Associate of (ISC)² as they enter the workforce.

Advantages of the (ISC)² IAP– North America Program Include:

  • Authorized (ISC)² Course Material
  • An industry-leading certification program added to your curriculum
