ISC2 Volunteer Content Contributor
Purpose/Rationale
The goal is to create concise, immediately applicable continuing education content for ISC2 members. This program leverages SME expertise to provide free-for-member learning resources and supports ISC2’s mission to advance cybersecurity knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Review the submission form and attached agreements.
- Submit original text content that addresses one of the content areas listed in the form.
- Provide references for all course materials.
- Respond to ISC2 communication after your submission has been reviewed.
ISC2 Membership Requirement
Volunteer content contributors must be active ISC2 members in good standing.
Skills Required
- Professional experience relevant to proposed content area
- Ability to create concise, accurate, and practical content
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
CPE Credit(s)
CPE credits are earned for approved contributions (maximum 20 CPEs per contribution).
CPE Submission Process
- Detailed activity logs submitted with the completed content
- Hours verified by ISC2 based on logged activity
- Official processing completed by the PD team
