Creating a Zero Trust Roadmap

Implementation to Operations + Beyond

Join us for our two-day, in-person workshop as we advance zero trust architecture from a security concept into a clear, defensible and actionable organizational strategy. During this immersive, highly collaborative learning experience, you’ll work inside realistic commercial and government models to make strategic decisions, build implementation roadmaps and create board-ready deliverables you can deploy immediately. Participants will share frameworks while addressing distinct compliance and business drivers for powerful cross-sector learning.

By the end of this workshop, you will be able to:

  • Understand the evolution from perimeter-based security to zero trust principles.
  • Assess organizational readiness for zero trust adoption across processes and technologies.
  • Evaluate zero trust frameworks based on organizational context, business priorities and compliance drivers.
  • Map zero trust pillars to real-world incidents and known vulnerabilities.
  • Design a vendor-neutral zero trust architecture within budget and timeline constraints.
