Be Ready for Your Exam
Before you sit for your exam, there are a few important items you need to know. Please carefully review all ISC2 exam policies and procedures so you are familiar with the entire exam process and avoid any last-minute surprises. We’ve made it easy for you to review exam scoring, pricing, demonstrations, agreements, day-of-exam procedures and more.
Effective October 2025: The Terms and conditions within the ISC2 Exam Agreement prohibit the use of phones, recording devices and any other electronic devices. To uphold the highest standards of exam security, Pearson VUE has begun piloting advanced screening protocols designed to address the evolving threat of covert recording devices. When you arrive for your appointment at the test center you may be subject to an additional security scan utilizing both infrared and metal detection wands. These devices are specifically designed to identify small cameras and other hidden electronics that may compromise exam confidentiality.
