The Business Practices Committee is one of the three standing Board committees. The Board Vice Chair is the standing Chair of this committee, as per the bylaws, with at least two other members who are not Officers of the Board. This committee investigates allegations and makes recommendations for action, where appropriate, on ethical misconduct by the business or by business partners of ISC2, and it also recommends to the Board policies on ethical business practice.
