Notice of Special Meeting

A Special Meeting of the Members of the International Information System Security Certification Consortium, Inc.

Notice is hereby given that a special meeting of the members of ISC2 has been called and will be held at the ISC2 Corporate Headquarters located at 625 N. Washington Street, Suite 400 Alexandria, VA 22314 U.S., on August 1, 2023 at 9:30 a.m. ET for the following purpose:

  1. To consider and vote upon a member petition to amend the ISC2 bylaws currently in effect since 2021. 
  2. To consider and vote upon a separate proposal by ISC2 to amend the ISC2 bylaws currently in effect since 2021.
  3. To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.

Pursuant to the bylaws currently in effect, members in good standing as of the date of this notice may submit to have their vote be provided at the meeting. A follow-up message will be sent with a link attached to begin submitting your proxy vote electronically on June 20, 2023.  Such proxy must be completed and submitted to ISC2 prior to July 17, 2023.

ISC2 recorded a webinar to discuss the petition, ISC2’s proposed changes, and how members can provide feedback prior to the finalization of the organizations proposal to be shared with the membership.
