(ISC)² Announces Finalists for its 8th Annual Americas Information Security Leadership Awards
Award winners to be recognized at (ISC)² Security Congress in New Orleans
Clearwater, FL, August 16, 2018 – (ISC)² – the world’s largest nonprofit association of certified cybersecurity professionals – today announced the finalists for its eighth annual Information Security Leadership Awards (ISLA®) Americas program.
The awards program celebrates the accomplishments of cybersecurity professionals working in the private and public sector throughout the Americas, outside of the U.S. federal government. Finalists are recognized for demonstrating leadership within the workforce. Winners will be announced during the ISLA Americas luncheon at the eighth annual (ISC)² Security Congress on Oct. 9 in New Orleans.
ISLA Americas is part of (ISC)²’s global awards program, which aims to recognize the achievements of outstanding professionals who have led a workforce improvement initiative, program or project. The awards recognize professionals who are leading initiatives that result in a more proficient and resilient cybersecurity workforce in Central, North and South America.
