Jeff Highman Selected as New (ISC)² Director of IT Services and Solutions
Accomplished technology executive to lead the next
generation of IT services
for global cybersecurity certification and education body
Clearwater, FL, April 21, 2016 — (ISC)²® (“ISC-squared”) today announced that Jeff Highman, former vice president of software development at InfoZen, has been named its new director of IT Services & Solutions. Highman, who is relocating from the Fairfax, VA area, has 20 years of experience spanning strategy, delivery and organizational change management for large-scale organizations. He is an experienced practitioner of agile delivery methods, which help organizations bridge the gap between innovation and execution.
Highman’s experience spans a broad range of IT services from federal systems to commercial and cloud-based products. His work at the United States Patent and Trademark Office transformed the patent process from paper-based operations to a digital end-to-end process. Most recently, he pioneered the development and launch of a commercial SaaS product called Identrix.

As director of IT Services &
Solutions, Highman will utilize agile development techniques to plan and direct
all aspects of (ISC)²’s technical infrastructure, assess new business
requirements and integrate those requirements into the overall infrastructure. He
will be responsible for the achievement of all short and long-term departmental
goals as well as the development and implementation of the global IT strategy.
