Influencing the Conversation

Our international cybersecurity advocacy program works closely with corporations, government agencies and academic institutions to encourage public/private collaboration on security issues and to advance the cybersecurity profession. Here are several examples of the work we do to advocate for the (ISC)² membership and the entire cybersecurity workforce

Enhancing Member Value

Ensuring that our association delivers on its value promise to members is another critical responsibility of our cybersecurity advocates. They represent the voice of our members to association management and the board the directors. They provide input and guidance for (ISC)² professional development and education initiatives, help drive the creation of tools and services to maximize the value we provide members, collaborate with regional advisory councils and are constantly building awareness for our members and the value they bring to organizations struggling to secure their data.
