International Academic Program
Through the IAP North America, IAP EMEA and IAP APAC, (ISC)²® collaborates with an ever-expanding network of university partners to establish a joint framework for delivering essential skills to support the growth of a qualified information security workforce. Industry-Academic cooperation can bridge the workforce gap between the large demand for qualified cybersecurity professionals and the number of skilled professionals who are prepared for the market.
People, policies, and processes are the keys to protecting or securing information assets. (ISC)² offers several awards to recognize the people that make a difference in this ever evolving industry, honoring their tireless efforts and standards of excellence.
(ISC)² Chapters provide members with the opportunity to build a local network of peers to share knowledge, exchange resources, collaborate on projects, and create new ways to earn CPE credits!
The (ISC)² Foundation is a non-profit charity formed by (ISC)² in 2011 as a conduit through which its members reach society and empower students, teachers and the general public to secure their online life with cyber security education and awareness programs in the community.
The purpose of these committees is to provide original contributed editorial for a variety of information security-related topics, including those covered by the (ISC)² CBK®, a compendium of information security topics. All articles are developed collectively and peer-reviewed. The GAB EWB members are information security and management professionals from the ranks of U.S. federal government. The NAAB EWB members are information security and management professionals from organizations in Canada and the United States.
