The 2010 annual meeting was held in Indian Wells, CA at the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa.

Highlights from the Annual Meeting

  • The Board of Directors in attendance were: Diana-Lynn Contesti, David Krehnke, Freddy Tan, Jill Slay, Jane Scott Norris, Rolf Moulton, Bill Murray, Dan Houser, Ben Gaddy, Corey Schou, Bruce Murphy and David Melnick
  • The guests in attendance were: Hord Tipton, Dan Ryan, Dorsey Morrow, Tara Hall, Judy Livers, Chris Trautwein, Debra Taylor, Lorraine Roscoe 
  • The agenda was unaniimously approved as distributed upon motion by acclamation.
  • The minutes of the 19 April 2009 Annual Meeting were unanimously approved upon motion by Rolf Moulton.
  • Management report was not presented. Hord Tipton advised that it was still in draft and a final would be circulated in the coming weeks and subsequently attached to these minutes.
  • 2009 Financial Report was presented by (ISC)² Treasurer, Debra Taylor.
  • No new business was brought to the attention of the board.
  • Meeting was adjourned at 8:42 a.m. by motion from Rolf Moulton.
